Selene is an inspiration to me.
She stands for what is right, no matter what forces are against her, how many are against her, how few are with her or what she may gain from giving in. She’s angry, confident, intelligent, determined, courageous, idealistic, altruistic, self-sacrificial and self-sufficient. She is fueled solely by love and justice. She takes no sides. She is the freak, the hunted, the used, the manipulated, the tormented. She is alone, heart-broken, human. Yet, she is strong.
