I’ve wanted to bulk up for ages, get into a healthy weight range.
This seems to be the easiest thing to follow:
The barcode scanner and meal-saver makes it really easy to keep track of how much and what you’re eating.
Get a genuine estimate of how much to eat to achieve the goal in a period of time, and an expected weight change (if you follow the calorie deficit) in order to keep on track.
Look at all the sexy you could be, get advice.
I could give two fucks if I get hit by a truck tomorrow, but I’m not spending my time pitifully wallowing around in apathy because I feel like shit.
